About Us

We provide carefully structured sessions to children of all levels of ability. All of our coaches follow a curriculum designed in conjunction with qualified PE instructors and football coaches. Our sessions are designed to be fun whilst improving the childrens’ awareness and abilities.

The Academy caters for primary aged children, from reception through to year 6. We also run specialist secondary sessions, for children in year 7 upwards.

At the heart of Evolution, we are a community-based Academy, and believe strongly in the grass roots of football. We believe in putting something back into the game and the community. For every pupil that participates, the Academy returns a percentage of the fee to their school.

All Evolution coaches are CRB (police) checked and have the requisite FA coaching badges and certification. This ensures that our sessions are professionally structured and managed, and delivered in the right way, so no child is excluded because of level of ability.

Enforcing our grass roots approach, we employ mainly young qualified coaches, giving them the chance to develop their own coaching skills.

We believe that every person in football deserves a chance, whatever their level of ability. If they have a love for the game and a willingness to learn, we feel they can reach their goal.

Certificates are given at the end of each session to those who demonstrate a willingness to learn, an improvement in personal ability or to those who exhibit fair play in their behaviour. The certificates give our children a goal to aim for in each session whilst instilling key components in football development.

Evolution Academy courses are run 5 days a week. We work in 17 primary schools across South London and North West Kent. To find your nearest session, please see our schools page.
